If your business doesn’t just rely on online appointments, you can manually add new bookings yourself too!

Most of the time we find businesses using Resermy platform to manage all of their bookings, because we make managing their business so much easier and powerful than an ordinary Calendar app.


To add a new booking

  1. Go to the “Calendar” page

  2. Click on the time slot, or click on the ”+” icon button at the bottom of the page

  3. Click “Add new booking“ when prompted
    This will bring you to a new page.

  4. Ensure the “Start Time” and the rest of the selections are set correctly

  5. Optionally, you can attach customer information to this booking:
    For existing customer
    5.1. Click “Find customer” to look up an existing customer
    5.2 Enter the customer name or mobile number
    5.3 Select the customer from the search result
    For new customer
    5.4 Click “New customer”
    5.5 Enter the name and the mobile number
    * Note that you cannot add a new customer with the same mobile number

  6. Click “Add Booking


No more limits

Customers making online appointments to you have to adhere some rules you set, eg. service duration, no double bookings, can only book for available slots, etc.

If you’re adding new bookings yourself through Resermy, you have the most flexibility!

You can change the booking details when you’re adding it, or after the booking is created.
