Make use of Resermy’s built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention as well as drive sales growth.


Customer information will be automatically stored and sorted with their bookings, and they can be retrieved anytime.


To view customers

  1. Go the the “Customers” page

    Simple as that, all of your customers will be listed here.

  2. Click on the customer you want to view, this brings you to their profile with their information, booking history, etc.


To search for customers

You can look up your customers by their name and phone number.

  1. Go to the “Customers” page

  2. Type in the name or phone number you are looking up the in search bar at top

    The list will be filtered and only show the matching customers.

  3. If you want to reset, click the ‘×’ icon


Block a customer

We do not wish to see you had to use this feature, but for various reasons, you can block any existing customers from making you appointments through your Booking Form.

  1. Go the the customer page (see above to get to the customer page)

  2. Click “Block Customer

  3. Confirm

    This will block this customer from making appointments until you unblock he / she.
