Depends on what information you collect when customers are making an appointment, we’ll send SMS’s, Facebook messages, or WhatsApp messages as a reminder to notify your customers of upcoming appointments.


To change when to send the automated reminders

If you don’t have multiple store branches (by default, you don’t)

  1. Go to the “Settings” page

  2. Select “Customer Reminders

  3. Ensure “Booking Reminders” settings is enabled

  4. Change the value of “Send booking reminders
